We needed to find a place that met our COVID-testing needs for going back to our home country. The guy at the counter looked at our sheet, talked about their system and the timing, and gave us a phone number of Dane County Medical to check with any of the information he didn't have. Due to the timing of when their courier comes and the 72-hour window we needed assured for our flight, we went with a different pharmacy but The Medicine Shoppe gave us the information to make the right decision instead of selling us on testing through them.

This has been our pharmacy for at least two years and I highly recommend it. They work well with insurers, and they are helpful with answering our questions. The home delivery service is usually very quick, and the pharmacist calls if there will be a delay in filling the order. They are prompt in contacting our doctors about prescription renewals.

My Mom and I went in there to get our flu shots. They were so pleasant and so efficient. The pharmacist gave us our vaccines, so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Would definitely use them for more services.

Forward Pharmacy has taken such great care of my family since our kid’s medical diagnosis six years ago. We knew that we couldn’t handle going to a chain pharmacy with as often as we would need to go – and Forward Pharmacy came through and then some! UPDATE MARCH 2025: The New Forward Pharmacy is just as good as the previous pharmacy. Eric is now my main pharmacist and is pretty stellar. We had an issue with a "prior authorization" needed for a medication refill but Eric took care of it as best he could. I am glad to go there as I have a lot of prescriptions for ailments being disabled. Thanks. Medicine Shoppe: The guy there really knew his stuff I went in for vitamins specifically cranberry concentrate and ended up getting a North a vitamin as well very knowledgeable and I'm going to put cranberry concentrate to the test! And by the way,you cannot drink a gallon of milk because within an hour or less most likely you will put puke up the milk because of the milk sugar.... Where is if you drink a bottle of cranberry juice you wouldn't possibly

I didn't get this pharmacist's name, but the visit I had yesterday evening (2/13) in Monona was phenomenal. She/they went above & beyond to help me navigate getting my RX that wasn't covered by insurance at an affordable rate. I was discouraged prior because no one else seemed to want to help me. I almost took the RX elsewhere, but this person was so kind & encouraging. Thank you.
